The Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, represented by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) has received credit from the International Development association (IDA) towards the cost of Tertiary Education Support Project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments for hiring services of qualified individuals in various specialized areas of the project.
